1. Acceptance of Terms

All w138 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in alternative currencies, where technically facilitated (e.g., USDT), will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate applied by our payment processor at the time of the transaction. w138 does not charge currency conversion fees on supported local MYR payment methods.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Termination

w138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited. Termination for reasons unrelated to a breach of Terms will result in the return of any verified, non-bonus balance.
